The Navajo Nation has become part of yet another LGBT discrimination controversy. Recently several articles have been published in United Kingdom newspapers telling of the Navajo Nation’s disapproval with the use of their tribal name “Navajo” by the health council of North West Lancashire (UK). This council awards businesses with a “Navajo Charter Mark” to show they are LGBT-friendly. To learn more about this issue read the following articles.
